The Implementation and Pedagogical Use of Virtual and Augmented Reality in the EFL Classroom

This book brings together an exploratory proposal that presents a useful approach for using a virtual and augmented reality on enhancing English as a second language classes. The research described here, includes a step by step implementation strategy that provided the setting in which this innovative learning environment will be used. The information provided looks promising to foster collaborative and creative production activities in language centers. The main aim of the study was to find enough information that supports the implementation of VR and AR in language learning and thus, integrate it to the context of a real application with tangible language learning outcomes.
